We build our client’s brand reputation, service delivery and success through refining their marketing message and targeting.
We are seeking a Sales Executives to play a key role on the team that will achieve quantum revenue growth with an established, privately held and strategically positioned marketing services and consulting company within the financial services industry.
All MarketMatch staff are virtual and geography is secondary, however, the ideal candidate will have strong connections in the Southeast or West Coast.
The executive will create client opportunity for consulting and strategy engagements and through generating sales to new and existing customers. Preference will be given to a proven sales executive from within the banking or credit union industry. The successful candidate must be a driven executive with keen consultative skills combined with the versatility required to present to buyers within the “C” suite. Candidates will need experience working comfortably and independently in a home office telecommuting environment.
The successful candidate ideally will have a background in marketing, banking, or financial institution solution sales. Other ideal skills include:
- Documented consultative sales success in the Banking/Credit Union space
- Experience with making presentations at the C-Level with an ability to work with all functional levels of an organization
- Experience in prospecting and developing sales opportunities through referrals from existing referral partners and sources as well as creating demand from target prospects
- Experience selling solutions with a tailored strategy designed for each client
- Exceptional demand creation skills
- Meet or exceed goals as determined
- True Sales “Hunter” mentality
- Commission only with a strong commission schedule
