Karen focuses on enhancing customer intimacy through segmentation strategies, attrition and loyalty programs, as well as handling ongoing business development for MarketMatch. Banks was previously Director of Database Marketing for Regions Financial Corporation, having created that function from scratch for the then $50 billion regional banking company. Banks was also part of the original marketing team that became Capital One and handled customer communications, attrition and loyalty programs. She is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing at University of Colorado and the National School of Bank Card Management at the University of Oklahoma.
