A: Customer Leadership Marketing (CLM) is a methodology employed exclusively by MarketMatch to use a process-driven approach to develop programs, campaigns and products that match up directly to your objectives and particular needs. CLM and its component steps allows us to analyze your market position and develop strategies, concepts, and executions that bring innovative thinking and an unparalleled depth of resources to your institution.

Q: What are the details behind the ROI guarantee?

A: If, after consistently applying a MarketMatch recommended program for a 12 month period, you do not meet or exceed 100% of your investment, we will refund the difference! We work with you to define the measurement criteria and closely monitor the ongoing success of our marketing partnership to virtually guarantee your success!

Q: How do I work with MarketMatch?

A: However it makes sense for you. Many of our clients choose to place us on retainer so they are secure in the knowledge they have marketing assistance always on call. In some instances, we work with clients purely on a project basis. We quote all work and anticipate expenses in advance, in writing, so that you know what to expect. Any changes are immediately brought to your attention for consideration and approval.

It takes a regimented approach to examining criteria such a customer lifecycle, next product analysis, loyalty, and other characteristics that help enrich your customer relationships, creating longer-lasting and more profitable relationships.

Target2Profit – Target2Profit leverages information already contained in-house, but oftentimes not effectively analyzed. It allows us to assist you in defining your customers: determining who are your best (and worst), who are truly the most profitable, and to identify cross-selling opportunities for future marketing efforts.

Read2Lead – Read2Lead is an ongoing communication program that regularly delivers tailored, product-specfic information into the hands of your customers on a timely basis. Programs are customized to match the needs and wants of your specific customer base so that your message comes through loud and clear.

Build2Stay – Build2Stay is a targeted customer loyalty program that focuses on bringing all business lines into the customer relationship and maximizes each customer interaction. It assists in the development of tactics that increase retention, account usage, average balance and more.

Ready2 Market – Ready2Market provides a high quality, affordable means of marketing like a big bank on a smaller budget. It provides a series of campaigns which are customized to meet your objectives and the demographics of your marketplace.

RVSP Switch Kit– RSVP provides an extraordinary process to motivate customers to switch to your institution. From providing a thorough operational process for the staff to making it easy for your customer, RSVP allows your customers to "make a reservation" for great service.

Q: Can MarketMatch serve my entire marketing function?

A: Absolutely. In fact, about 20% of our customers outsource their entire marketing function to us, as they have found it more economical to do so than hiring permanent staff.

That said, we also work with plenty of clients who use us as a center of expertise or to fill in on a project basis. The choice is yours.

Q: What if I already have an agency?

A: That’s perfectly fine. As our expertise is in financial marketing, we often find that we are a complement to our client’s agencies.
